Adeel Ashfaq

Dr. Adeel Ashfaq was born in the Bay Area and raised in Sacramento, CA. He attended UC Davis for his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and for his Master’s degree in Public Health. He graduated from the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine in Los Angeles, during which he also took a year to obtain his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom focusing on healthcare strategy.  After completing his medical degree at UCLA, he completed his General Surgery residency at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center.  HIs interests in general surgery include minimally invasive surgery, complex laparoscopy, and robotic surgery.

Outside of work, Dr. Ashfaq enjoys traveling, hiking, trying new food, boxing, going to music and comedy shows, and landscape photography.
