Julia Govan

Born and raised in the Bay Area, I feel so excited to join this amazing healthcare team and serve the Blackhawk community as a physician assistant. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology at University of California, Santa Barbara followed by earning dual master's degrees- a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master of Public Health from Touro University California.

I look forward to establishing relationships built on trust with my patients, prioritizing preventative care, and optimizing mental and physical health.  

In my free time, I enjoy shopping at local farmer’s markets, traveling to new places, and attending weekly trivia nights.
