About
Kaileen was raised in the east bay city of Antioch, the daughter of a dedicated Registered Nurse and the third of her parents 4 girls. She attended San Jose State University where she excelled as an all-conference water polo player for the Spartans while earning a degree in Business Marketing. Upon graduation she continued her athletic endeavors, moving to Barcelona, Spain where she competed with a water polo club in national and international competitions. During her time in Barcelona, Kaileen made the decision to pursue a career in nursing, returning to the states to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Denver School of Nursing.
Upon graduation Kaileen began her career as an RN at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, working on the Brain and Spine unit. During her time at Hoag she decided to further her knowledge and attended the University of California at Irvine where she obtained a master’s degree as an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Upon graduation from UCI Kaileen began a career as Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, spending the next decade with CareMore. Initially as a clinician, providing care to geriatric patients in assisted living facilities, and later as a Regional Manager, providing the same care to her patients while assisting and guiding her team to provide the best possible care for their patients as well.
When it comes to treating patients, her personal healthcare philosophy embodies the spirit of holistic care. A philosophy that takes a whole person approach to care, specific to each patients physical, psychological, and emotional needs. Kaileen loves building trusting relationship with the patients, families and facilities to prioritize the patient’s quality of life while making their healthcare experience as personal and stress free as possible.
In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors with her husband and 3 kids. She enjoys playing Masters Water Polo, swimming, hiking, and skiing.
