Kimberley Oja

Kim moved from Los Angeles to attend UC Berkeley, where she obtained a BA in English Literature and a minor in Creative Writing. After graduation, she began working in home health and volunteered as a medic and medical section coordinator at the Berkeley Free Clinic. Kim subsequently trained as an adult/gerontology primary care nurse practitioner at the University of California, San Francisco, and provided primary care to medically-complex veterans at the nearby VA Medical Center. Kim is also ANCC board certified.

After moving to the Mojave Desert region of Southern California to be the sole provider at a preventive, urgent care, and post-acute care clinic within a family practice, Kim has returned to the Bay Area, where she is pleased to be working with Dr. Hopkins at BASS Medical Group in Walnut Creek. Outside of work, Kim can be found bicycling up the sides of mountains.
