Dr. Hong graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed a general surgery residency with two additional years of vascular research at the University of Florida, Gainesville. He then completed a vascular surgery fellowship at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Hong’s practice encompasses all aspects of vascular surgery including carotid stenosis, dialysis access, aneurysms, venous disease and thoracic outlet syndrome. His specialized interest is in advanced endovascular techniques for lower extremity limb salvage. Dr. Hong is based out of San Francisco. He is a board-certified general surgeon and a board-certified vascular surgeon.
