Mindy Plotkin

Mindy Plotkin, DO FACOG, has been an OB/GYN in the Bay Area since 2001 and joined Muir OB/GYN in 2020. For 15 years, she practiced at Highland Hospital in Oakland.

Dr. Plotkin graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and received her Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of North Texas, Forth Worth Science Center. She completed her residency in 2001 at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine. At Muir OB/Gyn she provides prenatal care for both high and low risk pregnancies. She also provides routine office gynecologic care, including contraception, family planning and menopausal care.

When not at work, she enjoys running and spending time with her husband and two teenage sons.
